How will my prints be sent?
Prints are well protected in a flat eco-friendly reinforced board envelopes with additional stiffeners to ensure that the stay flat. I prefer not to use tubes a this will curl the prints and make them much harder to frame.

All financial transactions are carried out on the PayPal website. We do not store any financial data, card numbers or related passwords. You can find out more about PayPal security here.
We will never sell your details to third parties or anyone who will send you spam or related emails. You are our customer and we want to keep it that way!
We do collect your name, email, address(es) and product/order information for checkout purposes and they are stored in our secure database.

I want to change my address(es)
Easy! Click here or Edit My Address in the My Account menu at the top right of your browser window. Keep in mind that if you have already completed a purchase then we will still have your old address and products will be shipped to your “old” address. You can contact us if there are any issues with this.
What it says on the tin. Add all the stuff you like to My Wishlist. You can purchase any of these items at a later date. You must be logged in to view a saved Wishlist.
This area shows your past purchases and your addresses. You will also be able to check on the Status of your order(s).
I’ve lost my password or want to change it…
I’ve lost or forgotten my password
If you’ve forgetten your password, click on here or Login/Register at the top right of the website. Under the Login fields you will see a “Lost Password?” link – click on it and follow the instructions.
I want to change my password
It’s easy. You must be logged in to do this. Then click here or Change Password in the My Account menu at the top right of your browser window. After changing your password you will need to logout (click the logout link at the top right of your browser window) and then log back in with your new password.

How long will it take to receive my order?
I normally have prints in stock but occasionally I may have to place an order with my print studio. In this case, delivery times may be extended to 5 to 7 working days.
UK Standard Delivery within 2-4 working days – £6.95
Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class service. This service contains the lowest level of insurance so is recommended for single prints only.
UK Signed For Delivery within 2-3working days – £8.45
Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Signed For First Class service. A signature will be required. This is a flat rate fee so order as many products as you like. Royal Mail Signed For items are covered against loss or damage up to the sum of £50 or the value of the item, whichever is lower.
UK Special Delivery within 1 working day – £9.95
Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Signed Special Delivery service. A signature will be required. Choose this option if the value of your goods (less postage) are over £50.00 for compensation up to £500.00.
Delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been placed.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We do not count Bank Holidays as delivery days. Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over the UK Bank Holidays.
If no-one is home when Royal Mail try to deliver, they will leave a card with instructions to collect your package from your local delivery office. The card will also explain how to organise a re-delivery at a suitable time.

For Customers in the EU
In adherence with EU Distance Selling regulations, customers located in the EU have a 7 day cooling off period from the point at which the order is placed online. If you chance your mind about your order you must let us know by writing within 7 days. We will refund your order. If your goods have already been shipped you will need to return unopened, unused goods. Dan Pyne is not liable to cover the cost of returning the goods. If for any reason we have to arrange to have the goods collected from you, we reserve the right to recover the cost of collection from you. Please contact us with full details of your order and we will provide a returns number.
For Unwanted Goods
If you change your mind, and it is after the initial 7 day cooling off period, we will offer you an exchange or credit note / voucher code to the value of the goods. You must let us know and return the items within 28 days of receiving the items. Dan Pyne is not responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods. Please contact us with details of your original order. Any goods returned must be unopened and unused and be in perfect resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% of the value of returned products.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are defective, faulty or damaged we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a full refund. Please contact us by calling the phone number or completing the form on our contact page. Please quote details of your original order.
We may ask for photographic evidence of the damaged goods or request that the goods be returned for quality inspection.
Where goods are faulty or defective, please contact us by phone or email. We will ask you to return the goods so that we can investigate the issue. A member of our Quality team will be in touch to discuss further and where necessary organise a refund or exchange.
If you return damaged or faulty goods, a postage refund is at our discretion.
Any goods being returned should be securely wrapped in the same packaging in which it was received. We will give you a returns number that should be clearly displayed on the outside of the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange where goods have been damaged in transit caused by insufficient packaging.
We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and that you obtain a proof of posting. This is for the unlikely event that we do not receive your parcel.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you originally used. Where you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card originally used. Once processed, refunds can take up to seven working days to appear in your account. This varies from bank to bank.
